June 17: 4th of July party. Chef Ryan Lancaster teaches party throwers how to make grilled lobster avocado salad; grilled ratatouille; grilled apple brandy thyme pork loin; grilled sharp cheddar cheese burgers with caramelized onion, fried egg, and pancetta; and bourbon peach ice cream.
July 15: Summertime favorites. Lancaster dishes the details on crab rangoon potstickers, mozzarella tomato salad with olive tapenade, beef tenderloin with toasted tomato salsa and potato-cheese cakes, and lemon curd trifle with fresh berries.
